Ken Edstrom was recently  appointed for a two-year term on the Practice Committee for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. Edstrom received notice of the appointment from the Honorable Kathleen H. Sanberg, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.   The 16-member committee advises the court on potential new rules for the operation of the Bankruptcy Courts in the state of Minnesota.  Edstrom practices in both Business and Consumer bankruptcy matters and was honored to be appointed to this important committee.
