Sapientia Law Group  established its Innovation Advisory Board (IAB) in December 2011.  The IAB is group of nine business leaders, in-house counsel,  and community innovators who provide advice, insight, and inspiration to Sapientia regarding innovative business practices that can be transplanted into Sapientia’s firm model.  Sapientia  collaborates with its Innovation Advisory Board 3–4 times a year to come up with creative business strategies, as well as assess the firm’s efforts regarding adaptable billing structures  that align with clients’ interests, a unique compensation system tied to client satisfaction,  and an office setting designed to promote creativity and collaboration.
