Sapientia attorneys Sonia Miller-Van Oort and Jeff Brown are part of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s delegation of thirty-plus Minnesota attorneys going to Cuba in October.  The attorneys will learn about the Cuban legal system and its legal education system while meeting with the Union of Cuban Jurists (the equivalent of the bar association here), the Boards of Directors of the Cuban Society of Civil Rights and Family Law, Constitutional Law, and Mercantile and Commercial Law, and the North America Division of the Cuban Institute for Friendship with the People.  Sonia and Jeff look forward to the unique opportunity.  The complete story may be viewed here.
