Sapientia’s privacy-law team is the focus of a Minneapolis Star Tribune front page story regarding impermissible driver’s license accesses

Recognizing the important legal issues at stake in this cutting edge area, the Minneapolis Star Tribune wrote about Sapientia’s role in representing individuals who have had their driver’s license information accessed by law-enforcement without a permissible purpose. Sapientia attorney Larry Fett was also a guest of John Hines on WCCO Radio to discuss the fundamental invasion of privacy Congress sought to protect by passing the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act.
