The Hennepin County Bar Association invited Sonia Miller-Van Oort, one of Sapientia’s Founding Attorneys, to serve on its panel, “Advantages of Adaptive Leadership:  Essential Tools for Lawyer Leaders” on November 16, 2012.  The content of the interactive CLE largely derived from two books called Leadership on the Line  and The Practice of Adaptive Leadership.  Ms. Miller-Van Oort and the other three panelists were asked to share their experience and insight into navigating and leading adaptive change—change that challenges habits, beliefs, and values and guides people through consequential uncertain times.
