Carrie spent four years as a solo practitioner focusing on family law-related matters. Prior to that, she spent five years practicing law with a general practice firm and one year practicing with a firm specializing in employment discrimination. During that time, she had the privilege of representing clients through some of the most difficult and trying times of their lives. She feels fortunate that each of her clients has entrusted her with a significant facet of their lives, and it is a responsibility that she does not take lightly.
If you are seeking to hire Carrie as your attorney, she knows that something has changed in your life. Carrie, understand that this is likely a challenging and uncertain time in your life. Your marriage may be coming to an end, you may not be seeing your child, or you may be having financial difficulties because your ex has not followed through on his/her financial obligations.
It is in these trying times that you need someone who is compassionate yet an advocate, someone who is honest, and someone who is there for you, even if it is not between the magic hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No matter what situation you are facing, you can count on the fact that as your attorney, Carrie will be available for you (and not just during business hours). Carrie will be honest with you, and she will be a zealous advocate for you.
As a resident of Cambridge, Carrie is also committed to that community. She currently serves as the Chair of the North 65 Chamber of Commerce. She assists families in obtaining “financial peace” through leading Financial Peace University at her church. Carrie has also served on the Church Council of Cambridge Lutheran Church and as President of New Pathways, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to helping homeless families.
