In its May 2020 edition, Attorney At Law Magazine featured the article “What To Do If Your Client’s Customer Files Bankruptcy?” by Sapientia Law Group’s Ken Edstrom. Although the number of personal and business bankruptcies have steadily declined since the peak of the Great Recession, Edstrom warns that the arrival of COVID-19 will quickly put an end to that trend.
