April 15, 2025 – Sapientia attorneys attended the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) and WILD Annual Meeting on April 15th and celebrated 20 years of TCDIP and its impact on the Twin Cities legal community and beyond.

TCDIP is a nonprofit association of more than 70 law firms and corporate legal departments who share a vision to create a vibrant and inclusive legal community and a mission to strengthen the efforts of Member Organizations to attract, recruit, advance, and retain attorneys of color. The organization is at the forefront of advancing diversity and inclusion in the Twin Cities legal market. With programming like its Emerging Leaders Group, the prestigious TCDIP 1L Clerkship program, and organizational development opportunities for legal employers, TCDIP continues to evolve and provide its members with the tools and resources they need to attract, recruit, advance, and retain attorneys of color.
