Miranda has a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy, backed by valuable prosecutorial and child protection experience. Her practice focuses on family law, criminal defense, and harassment restraining order (HRO) and order for protection (OFP) matters. She also enjoys assisting individuals and businesses with civil litigation and estate planning.

Miranda is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a focus on practical, lasting resolutions that reflect her clients’ goals. A fierce advocate both in and out of the courtroom, she works toward thoughtful negotiated outcomes while remaining prepared to litigate when necessary to protect her clients’ interests.

Miranda’s commitment to advocacy extends beyond her practice. She serves as Board Chair of Terebinth Refuge, a safe house and advocacy center for women who have experienced sex trafficking and exploitation, and as Special Counsel for the Marshall County Attorney’s Office. She is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Children and the Law Section Council and Legislative Committee.
